Business Central’s clients share many upscale amenities not found in traditional office buildings. The cost for these services and common area enhancements are shared by all clients based on the size of their office space and headcount resulting in a very affordable cost of only a few dollars per day per person.
Shared Amenities include:
- Our receptionist greets your visitors, screens solicitors, provides concierge services and meeting room management, and updates your computer-based status screen.
- On-site manager ensures your space and service needs are met seamlessly.
- Client lounge for relaxation with freshly ground specialty coffees, various teas and purified water system. Lounge may be reserved for evening and weekend functions.
- Upscale common area furniture, original artwork, and plants.
- A community breakfast is provided once a week which provides both sustenance and excellent networking opportunities.
- Usage allowances in a variety of meeting rooms.
- Social networking opportunities including holiday parties, wine tasting events and educational seminars.
- Our extended schedule for heating and air-conditioning is more generous than is typical in most traditional office buildings.

CulverCareers has been a client of Business Central for six years. Our Folsom/Sacramento branch office opened with 3 staff members, quickly grew to 20, then shrunk to 8 and is now up to 15 total staff. Our need to add additional office space and services, then to reduce overhead and then once again expand was easily managed by the Business Central staff.
